I've talked about Lucy before on this blog - she's an Australian, living in NY, just moved from London (or is it the other way around? hmm..) Anyway - wherever she's from, I adore her style.  Looks so complicated and intricate, but when you look at the individual pieces she's used to construct the looks, you can't imagine NOT having used them.  Lucy also seemingly has a Masters in layering - not always an easy thing to get right!
